About Us
In 1978, Greg Crooks obtained his journeyman carpenter's card while building multi-million-dollar condos on the Palm Springs area golf courses. Greg expanded his trade to include high-end commercial construction, such as the Nugent Chevrolet dealership on 3rd and La Brea in downtown Los Angeles where he ran the entire job and spent right about 980,000 dollars to rebuild one building with six stores into one showroom. Two weeks later, the building was sold for 7,000,000 $.
Greg relocated to Washington state in 1989, where his focus changed to building custom homes on Whidbey Island. He expanded his business to include Snohomish County.
Greg has extensive experience with custom remodels, new construction, renovations, clearing land, installing septic systems, and providing complete turnkey services.
